TransLink fare increases are coming again this year.

The new fares will take effect on July 1.

For cash and contactless payments:

1-Zone: $3.35 → $3.50 (+$0.15)
2-Zone: $4.85 → $5.10 (+$0.25)
3-Zone: $6.60 → $6.70 (+$0.10)

For monthly passes:

1-Zone: $111.60 → $117.20 (+$5.60)
2-Zone: $149.25 → $156.70 (+$7.45)
3-Zone: $201.55 → $211.65 (+$10.10)

The Adult DayPass will also increase from $11.95 to $12.55, which is a $0.60 increase.

If you use public transit regularly in Metro Vancouver, especially SkyTrain or SeaBus across multiple zones, this is something to keep in mind for your monthly budget.
